Return and Exchange Policy
Dear Customer,
You can return your new device within 3 days if you purchased it from the website or showroom from the date of purchase or from the date of receipt of the product only if it has not been used and is in its original condition with the presentation of the original purchase invoice. You can exchange your new device within 7 days if you purchased it from the website or showroom from the date of purchase or from the date of receipt of the product only if it has not been used and is in its original condition with the presentation of the original purchase invoice and taking into account the following terms and conditions:
The product must be returned in its original box, instruction manual, and all accompanying accessories.
- Any product that has been used or installed will not be returned or replaced.
Products with defects or faults resulting from misuse (such as breakage, scratches, misuse, etc.) will not be returned or replaced, and will be determined based on our team’s examination.
Payment refund methods:
The amounts paid will be refunded in the same way they were paid.
The customer has the right to return the product value within 5 days of completing the payment process.
General Terms
Products purchased through the installment program cannot be returned after 5 days from the date of purchase and can only be exchanged for the same value.
In the event of purchasing package offers, the customer must return all products included in the package. Partial returns are not permitted, provided that all products are in their original condition.
The customer shall bear an amount of 50 Saudi Riyals as the delivery cost when requesting the return of products that were delivered through the delivery service by a Bin Moamen representative, or the customer shall return the product to us himself.
The customer bears the full cost of returning the product to us if it was delivered by a shipping company. The amount will not be refunded until we receive the product from the shipping company and our team inspects it to ensure that it has not been used and is new.
The customer bears the full shipping cost in the event of replacing the product to and from the showroom.
